Hey there!
I am terrible, and it's been quite a while since I posted anything.
Notes: 1) I love this camera, we've been spending a lot of time together. 2) I have SOOO many pictures to upload, and I realized up to this point, most of them are family. So for those of you who are more interested in this little island, these might be more fun to look at.

Because I am anal about thing s like this, it's going to be a 5 part series, as follows:
Part I: The Green
Part II: The Metro
Part III: The Chaos
Part IV: The Red (and the Pink)
Part V: The Reason
We've been staying at my uncle's in Xindian--it's like Westminster to Denver...it's right outside of Taipei (45 minute drive). They have a beautiful place next to the mountains, which is unbelievably green and lush. Ok, so, here ya go! Enjoy. All love, angie
The guest room where we're staying--all following photos are taken from the porch that's right out side those glass doors (for some background info!)
Each "house" is a vertical section, 4 floors with a basement. Way to save space!
An attempt to capture the lush forest...
I can't describe it, but I have a thing for iron fences, gates, railings, fire escapes. :)
With some help of Photoshop, you can get the idea of where their place is in relation to the forest...
Beautiful, no?
